Fibre Cement Slates
Fibre Cement slates offer the latest in outstanding aesthetics. The finely detailed textured surface and dressed edge closely resemble natural slate and will add the appeal of a natural slate look to any roof. This, combined with the lightweight, strength and durability of the slates, make them a perfect choice for all projects.
The slates will lighten after exposure to sunlight. Weathering will slowly affect the surface coating to expose the coloured base material. This lightening is similar to that experienced with natural slate. Please refer to BS 5534 Section 5.6 for further details.
All of our Eternit fibre cement slates achieve an ‘A’ rating (the lowest environmental impact) in the Building Research Establishment’s Green Guide to Specification.
